Return and exchange policy

The return and exchange policy is subject to the policies of our agents and distributors. Because we do not sell directly to consumers

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will get back to you with details of the exchange.

Replacement terms
1 – To be eligible for this, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2 – To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cases in which we do not accept product exchanges
1 – Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons other than our fault.
2- Any product exposed to chemicals

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance of the exchange via email

Shipping process
1 – To exchange your product, you must mail the product to: one of our authorized agents after contacting you
2 – You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your item replacement. Shipping costs are not refundable.
3 – Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
