Warranty terms
1 – Warranty does not offer a refund, the product is replaced
2- There must be a manufacturing defect
3- The product must be within the warranty period
4- Existence of the purchase invoice
5- The presence of packaging for the product

Exceptions
1- Water tanks with only one year warranty against manufacturing defects
