Plaza For Metal Industries offers a guarantee on all products made of stainless steel and copper against manufacturing defects. The product is guaranteed to be replaced by our nearest agent according to the specified warranty period and the conditions described.

Warranty terms

  • The warranty does not provide a refund, the product will be replaced
  • There must be a defect in the manufacturing of the product
  • It must be within the specified warranty period
  • The presence of the purchase invoice for the product
  • The presence of the original packaging of the product
  • Register for our Warranty Activation Service
  • The warranty does not include products given as gifts

  • Mixers: Body 10 years, accessories 5 years
  • Pots and basins: 5 years
  • Valve/Tap: 5 years
  • Sanitary fittings/handles: 5 years
  • Water tanks: 5 years
  • Drainage cover: 5 years
  • Accessories: none

Warranty Activation Procedures

  • Go to the Warranty Activation Page
  • Follow the instructions shown and register
  • After registration, you can request to use the warranty at any time during the specified warranty period for the product

Procedures for Using the Warranty (Requesting Replacement)

  • Go to the Replacement Request Page
  • Follow the instructions shown and submit the application
  • After submitting the replacement request, it will be reviewed and we will contact you within a period of 7 working days to complete the request and replace the product.
